The Creep Tapes Season 2

The Creep Tapes Season 2: Fantastic Fest 2025 Review

He's back. And he's still getting away with it.

Mark Duplass and Patrick Brice are at it again. The Creep Tapes return to Shudder/AMC+ on November 14th for their second season of murderous shenanigans. We were able to sit in on the premiere screening of the first three episodes of the six episode season at Fantastic Fest in the same room as Duplass and Brice, and yes, it was an iconic as you'd imagine.

The series kicks off strong with a Peachfuzz copycat, played brilliantly by David Dastmalchian, who treats a video he stumbles across on the dark web like his personal how-to manual. The tension spikes in episode two, delivering a suspenseful sequence where he’s caught mid-act by police. And just when you think it can’t get any wilder, episode three goes all-in with a SAW homage that’s as gruesome, clever, and downright epic as fans could hope for.

During the Q+A, Duplass revealed that Shudder/AMC+ is fully behind The Creep Tapes for as long as the team wants to keep going, which is a rare kind of commitment in the streaming world. For fans, that means there’s no end in sight for Peachfuzz and his unnerving antics, and honestly, the thought of him lurking around indefinitely is both thrilling and terrifying in the best way.

The series will feature an amazing lineup of guests including David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil), Robert Longstreet (I’m a Virgo), Katie Aselton (The Unholy), Diego Josef (The Ballad of Lefty Brown), and so much more.

NOTE: These episodes were screened during Fantastic Fest 2025. Episodes will be available on Shudder/AMC+ on November 14, 2025.
